Sitting close to senior leadership, you’ll shape how operational risk is identified, challenged, and managed across a complex, outsourced operating model. This is a role for someone who understands that good risk enables better decisions and has strong pensions knowledge.


You will:
*Own and evolve the operational risk framework
*Lead RCSAs, KRIs, incident management, and control testing
*Take responsibility for third-party and outsourcing risk
*Provide clear, credible risk insight and challenge to senior stakeholders
*Support regulatory obligations across financial services and data protection
You’ll bring:

*Good working knowledge of pension schemes is desirable
