FP&A Analyst Location: Redditch (Hybrid - 3 days office / 2 days home)
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000
Type: Permanent
The Role We are supporting a well-established, growing organisation in the recruitment of an FP&A Analyst to join a high-performing finance team. This role plays a key part in budgeting, forecasting, commercial business partnering and acquisition analysis, providing meaningful insight to support strategic decision-making.
This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong, commercially curious finance professional who wants to develop their FP&A skillset in a collaborative, forward-looking environment.
Key Responsibilities * Develop and maintain robust financial models to support budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning
* Analyse and report on financial and operational performance, including variance analysis and trend identification
* Partner with cross-functional and commercial teams to provide insights that drive profitability and performance
* Support financial analysis relating to complex acquisitions and strategic initiatives
* Prepare and deliver clear, insightful financial presentations to senior management and key stakeholders
* Develop and maintain KPIs aligned to strategic objectives
* Continuously improve financial processes, models and reporting to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Experience & Requirements * Degree educated and qualified accountant (ACA preferred)
* Strong FP&A experience, ideally gained within professional services, financial services or a related environment
* Background from a Top 4 / Big 4 accountancy firm strongly preferred
* Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modelling capability
* Confident communicator, able to translate financial data into commercial insight
* Comfortable business partnering with non-finance stakeholders
* High attention to detail, strong integrity and the ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Additional Information * Hybrid working model: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
* Well-suited to someone with solid experience but not at senior level
* Clear scope for development within a growing finance function
