Duties for the role of Principal Architectural Technologist:
*Lead and deliver on a range of high-profile projects
*Prepare and submit building regulation and planning application
*Manage and deliver on projects from inception through to completion
*Carry out site visits and ensure technical compliance is achieved
Requirements for the role of Principal Architectural Technologist:
*Relevant degree within Architectural Technology
*Significant post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice4
*Experience managing projects across a range of sectors
*Revit proficiency
*Job running experience
*Experience managing a small team
*Strong knowledge of UK building regulations
*CIAT registered would be advantageous
*Strong technical skills and attention to detail
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
