Senior Compliance & Client Support Officer

A well-respected financial planning firm is seeking a Senior Compliance & Client Support professional to strengthen their internal support function and help maintain high operational and regulatory standards.
This role sits at the heart of the business, combining client support, case oversight, and process governance.
Key responsibilities:
*Supporting advisers with compliant case preparation and documentation
*Reviewing files and ensuring accuracy across client records
*Assisting with internal process adherence and quality standards
*Acting as a key contact for provider and client queries
*Supporting onboarding and new business processing
*Helping maintain consistency across administrative workflows
What we’re looking for:
*Previous experience in an IFA / financial planning support role
*Good understanding of advice processes and documentation requirements
*Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach
*Confident communicator who can work across teams
*Ability to spot gaps and help strengthen processes
