We’re hiring a Client Relationship Executive to provide hands-on support to the priority client accounts of a large US law firm. You’ll work closely with Client Relationship Managers, CRLs, and client teams to coordinate all aspects of client engagement, from planning and execution to follow-up and reporting.


Key responsibilities include:
*Supporting day-to-day management of priority clients, including preparation and maintenance of client plans, meeting materials, and follow-up actions.
*Coordinating client-facing events such as roundtables, panel sessions, and strategic discussions.
*Assisting with thought leadership dissemination and supporting time-sensitive initiatives like panel appointments, lateral partner onboarding, and strategic pursuits.
*Capturing and analysing client feedback, maintaining accurate CRM records, and supporting the Client Insights programme.
*Working collaboratively across functions to ensure consistency in client-relations approaches and to build best practices over time.


This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive, enjoys working with senior stakeholders, and wants to contribute to high-impact client programmes. You will gain exposure to strategic client activities, develop strong client-relations skills, and play a key role in supporting the growth and success of our firm.
