Interim Head of HR - 12 month contract for an East Midlands based business
Client Details
The client is a well known brand in the industrial/ manufacturing space in the East Midlands
Description
As Head of HR you will be responsible for;
*Deliver people strategy for Business Unit
*Support managers across multiple sites with engagement, performance, and development
*Lead and support the HR team, helping them grow and thrive
*Take the lead on employee relations and build good relationships across the business
*Oversee recruitment, onboarding, learning, performance and compliance
*Use HR data to support decision-making
*Support change projects such as restructures, integrations and process improvements
*Manage reward, benefits and recognition programmes
Profile
The successful candidate will be;
*Available immediately or with short notice
*Commutable to Nottingham c. 4 days per week
*Strong HR leadership experience, ideally in operational or industrial type environments
*Confident supporting and influencing managers
*CIPD L7 or similar
