We are looking for an organised and customer-focused individuals to join Cadent as Customer Centre Administrator.
In this role you will handle customer telephone queries and provide support through various communication channels, ensuring accurate information and excellent service. Maintain and update data in systems, process documents, and operate office equipment.

How You’ll Make an Impact
*Handle incoming customer telephone queries and provide clear, helpful support
*Manage customer relationships from initial contact through to resolution
*Maintain accurate data entry in spreadsheets, databases, and business systems
*Process documents and operate office systems efficiently
*Follow standard operating procedures to ensure consistent service delivery
*Resolve routine enquiries and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team
*Provide outstanding customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
*Ensure compliance with company policies and promote safe team working practices
*Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting process enhancements
*Support the team with administrative tasks and maintain accurate performance information
How We’ll Know you’re the Right Fit
*Strong call handling skills with previous contact centre experience preferred
*Good computer literacy, including basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
*Ability to accurately input and manage data across multiple systems
*Clear communication skills for handling customer queries and providing support
*Familiarity with SAP systems is advantageous but not essential
How It All Comes Together
*Hourly Rate- £13.53 per hour, PAYE, paid weekly one week in arrears
*Location: Pilot Way Ansty Park, Coventry, CV7 9JU
*Start date: ASAP
*Assignment type: 6 months - Temporary Contract through Reed Talent Solutions, as Cadent Gases trusted recruitment partner.
How Your Shifts Could Look
*Training details: full training provided on the job
*Shift patterns: 7.4h per day, Monday to Friday between 8am – 8pm
