Operations Manager – Residential Estate Agency
Full-time | Permanent | Hybrid | London
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience and qualifications
A modern, design-led residential estate agency is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to be the engine behind a fast-growing property business.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on variety, takes initiative, and enjoys keeping everything (and everyone) running smoothly. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and agents, providing the operational backbone that allows the business to perform at its best.
What You’ll Be Doing *Overseeing day-to-day operations and keeping the business running efficiently
*Managing lettings transactions from instruction through to completion
*Handling enquiries, bookings, appointments, and client communications
*Preparing key property and legal documentation
*Managing compliance and maintaining accurate property and contact records
*Coordinating marketing launches, portals, photography, brochures, and PR activity
*Supporting agents with onboarding, systems, and ongoing operational support
*Helping refine processes, systems, and ways of working as the business grows
The Essentials: *3+ years’ experience in residential property (lettings support is a must)
*ARLA Level 2 qualified (or above)
*Confident user of Reapit / RPS
*Highly organised, calm under pressure, and comfortable juggling priorities
*Proactive, solutions-focused, and confident making decisions
Nice to Have *UK driving licence but not essential
*Personal experience buying or selling property would be advantageous but not essential
*Interest in branding, marketing, or presentation
