We’re looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner to join a fast-growing, private equity-backed business with a strong focus on sustainability, innovation, and people.
Reporting to the CFO, you’ll play a key role in shaping strategy and driving performance across the business. You’ll provide financial insight, challenge, and guidance to senior stakeholders, ensuring projects and investments deliver maximum value. The position is key in building relationships in the rental division of the business and supporting the Divisional Director to drive profitability.
What you’ll do:
*Deliver incisive financial analysis and reporting.
*Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow management.
*Partner with leaders across operations, commercial, and procurement.
*Identify risks, opportunities, and process improvements.
About you:
*Qualified accountant with 5+ years’ experience.
*Strong commercial and analytical skills, with advanced Excel/financial modelling.
*Confident influencer, able to simplify complexity and drive change.
