Project Manager - Automation, Digital Build, AI & London Market Change
Location: London (Hybrid)
Contract: 12-Month FTC
About the Role
A large, multi-entity organisation is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver business and technology change projects across multiple business areas. The role has a strong focus on digital automation (RPA/API), AI-driven initiatives, complex change delivery, and projects aligned to London Market insurance processes.
You’ll lead projects through the full lifecycle-from pre-inception to closure-ensuring robust governance, risk management, stakeholder alignment and high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities
*Lead and deliver business and technology projects from inception to closure across multiple functions.
*Deliver initiatives involving automation, digital build, RPA, APIs and AI-enabled workflows.
*Produce and maintain full project documentation including PIDs, RAID, plans, SteerCo packs and change controls.
*Chair project meetings and ensure cross-functional alignment.
*Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including those in London Market functions.
*Identify and mitigate risks, managing cross-project dependencies to ensure benefits realisation.
*Ensure governance compliance and effective use of internal frameworks and tools.
*Support business leads in shaping and delivering major programmes of work.

*Effective stakeholder management, including senior business leaders and technical teams.

Experience Required
*6+ years’ experience within a change or project delivery environment.
*Proven track record delivering automation, RPA, API or AI-enabled transformation projects.
*Experience managing cross-functional initiatives in large, complex organisations.
*London Market insurance experience-either essential or highly desirable depending on the specific workstream.
