Job Description:
Role: Inside Sales Executive
Location: Southampton (Office Based)
Salary: £28k per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday (Full Time)
Key Responsibilities
*Preparing customer quotations using the 360 portal and internal systems
*Ensuring all quotes are accurate and delivered within a fast turnaround time
*Proactively following up quotations with customers via phone, asking relevant questions to secure bookings
*Conducting competitor and market mapping to support pricing and sales strategy
*Feeding back insights and information to management and team leaders to help secure future customer bookings
Experience & Skills
*Strong customer service skills with a customer-focused approach
*Communicating with customers via email and phone in a polite, professional, and friendly manner
*Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all work
*Good basic IT skills with confidence using internal systems and portals
