Job Description:
Meraki Talent is recruiting a Team Assistant on a permanent basis to provide high-quality administrative support to multiple Managing Directors, as well as the wider team.
This is an exciting Team Assistant opportunity, to join the team on a permanent basis as these roles within the organisation are hard to come by. Offering long-term stability and exposure at a senior level.
Based 5 days a week in the office, this role is ideal for a proactive, highly organised EA who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys being at the heart of the business, and takes pride in delivering seamless support across multiple stakeholders.
Team Assistant duties:
*Provide high-level administrative support to multiple executives
*Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings across time zones, and resolving conflicts
*Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas, materials, and follow-ups
*Act as a gatekeeper and point of contact for stakeholders on behalf of the team
*Draft, edit, and format presentations, reports, and documents
*Assist with onboarding new team members and coordinating offboarding activities
*Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries and visa application
*Accurate processing of heavy expenses
*Organise team events, offsites, and leadership meetings
Person Specification:
*Experience supporting multiple senior leaders simultaneously
*Must have worked in Financial Services for at least 3 years
*Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
*Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset
*Highly organised, reliable, and detail-focused
*Calm under pressure with a flexible, can-do attitude
