A high-precision manufacturing business is looking for skilled CNC Operators to produce complex components using 4 & 5 axis milling and turn/mill machines.
Key Responsibilities*Set and operate multi-axis CNC machines
*Inspect parts using CMM and other measuring equipment
*Work to engineering drawings and tight tolerances
*Follow company procedures and safety standards
*Record production issues, adjustments, and maintenance needs
*Support TPM activities to maximise machine uptime
*Work collaboratively and flexibly to meet production demands
Skills & Experience*Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
*Experience machining precision components to high quality standards
*Knowledge of manufacturing and safety procedures
*Time served and/or relevant CNC experience
*Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
