Your new role
As Fleet Administrator, you’ll play a key role in managing vehicle logistics and supporting drivers across the UK.
Responsibilities include:
*Coordinating vehicle deliveries and de-fleets
*Managing fuel cards, toll systems, and mileage capture
*Handling short/medium-term vehicle hire
*Maintaining accurate fleet records
*Supporting drivers with queries and ensuring compliance
What you’ll need to succeed
*Experience in fleet administration or transport administration (ideally with large fleets)
*Knowledge of MOTs, servicing, and fleet legislation would be an advantage
*Strong organisational and multitasking skills
*Excellent communication and customer service abilities
*Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
*Confidence with numbers and attention to detail
