Production Operative - Manufacturing
Shifts: Rotating 6-2 and 2-10

About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on, reliable Production Operatives to join our busy signage team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys practical work, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives in a fast-paced production environment. You’ll work across multiple departments, gaining experience in all stages of the signage manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities
You’ll be involved in a variety of production tasks, including:
Print Department
*Operating large-format printers
*Preparing artwork and materials for print
*Ensuring colour accuracy and print quality
Fabrication
*Assisting with the construction of signage components
*Using hand tools and workshop machinery
*Following technical drawings and build specifications
Mounting & Laminating
*Mounting printed graphics onto various substrates
*Laminating prints to required finishes
*Maintaining a clean, dust-free working area
Sewing
*Operating industrial sewing machines for banner finishing
*Hemming, stitching, and reinforcing materials
Dispatch
*Packing finished products safely and accurately
*Labelling, organising, and preparing orders for delivery
*Working with the dispatch team to meet deadlines
What We’re Looking For
*Previous experience in signage, print, or manufacturing (preferred but not essential)
*Good attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work
*Ability to work effectively as part of a team
*Willingness to learn new skills across multiple departments
*Reliable, punctual, and comfortable with rotating shifts
Shift Pattern
*06:00-14:00
*14:00-22:00 Rotating weekly.
