Operations Manager – £45,000 + Great Benefits
Full-time | Monday–Friday
Are you an experienced Operations Leader ready to take ownership of a fast-paced packing function? This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking, people-focused organisation where you’ll drive performance, develop teams and shape continuous improvement across a busy production environment.
The role:
*Lead, support and develop a large operational team
*Oversee all day-to-day packing activities to ensure quality, efficiency and on-time delivery
*Drive Lean/CI initiatives to boost productivity and reduce waste
*Manage KPIs, equipment maintenance planning and improvement projects
*Work collaboratively across departments to deliver exceptional service
About you:
*3+ years’ leadership experience in a mid–senior operational role
*Strong people management skills with a passion for developing teams
*Proven background in CI/Lean (e.g., Kaizen)
*FMCG/manufacturing experience is desirable
*Commercially aware, organised and confident in a high-pace environment
