The Role
You’ll be involved in the full residential sales process, supporting the team across viewings, listings, negotiations, and valuations. Acting as a secondary valuer, you’ll gain hands-on experience while contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of the business.
What You’ll Be Doing
*Conducting property viewings
*Supporting property valuations alongside the Head of Estate Agency
*Assisting with property instructions through to completion
*Handling buyer and seller enquiries
*Liaising with solicitors and third parties
*Updating CRM systems and supporting property marketing
*Helping progress sales and negotiations
*Delivering a high standard of customer service
What We’re Looking For
*Experience in residential estate agency preferred
*Confident, professional, and personable
*Organised with good attention to detail
*Comfortable dealing with clients and conducting viewings
*Interested in developing within property valuations
*Reliable and happy working within a small team
*Full UK driving licence
