Looking for an opportunity to move in-house and take on a strategic role in risk and compliance? This is your chance to join a global legal team where you’ll manage professional indemnity matters and influence best practice across the business.
As a Professional Indemnity Solicitor, you’ll advise on professional responsibility, regulatory compliance and risk issues, while working closely with senior stakeholders to manage claims, complaints and insurance programmes.
What You’ll Be Doing
*Advising on professional conduct, regulatory compliance and risk management
*Handling professional indemnity claims and circumstances, liaising with insurers and external counsel
*Supporting annual renewal of global PI insurance and associated programmes.
*Managing client complaints and maintaining compliance registers
*Monitoring risk trends and reporting to senior management
*Assisting with policy development, training and implementation of new legislation
What We’re Looking For
*Qualified Solicitor (or equivalent) with experience in PI claims and compliance
*Strong knowledge of SRA Codes of Conduct and regulatory frameworks
*Commercially astute, proactive and solutions-focused
*Excellent communication skills and ability to influence at all levels
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail
