About the Role
My client are a global group who are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead their enterprise-wide Sage Intacct ERP implementation, scheduled for go-live in Q2. This is a pivotal role overseeing the delivery of a major transformation programme, working closely with the Head of Finance and internal technical teams.
Key Responsibilities *Lead the end-to-end global ERP implementation with a focus on Sage Intacct.
*Drive delivery to meet a confirmed Q2 go-live timeline.
*Manage and oversee an external third-party implementation partner, ensuring quality, accountability, and alignment with programme outcomes.
*Work closely with the Head of Finance, acting as the primary programme lead.
*Collaborate with an internal technical resources to ensure seamless technical and process alignment.
*Provide clear governance, project planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication across multiple agencies globally.
*Ensure effective adoption, integration, and realisation of benefits across the group.
Requirements *Strong, hands-on experience delivering large-scale ERP implementations (Sage Intacct experience highly beneficial).
*Proven ability to lead and manage third-party partners within complex environments.
*Background working in multi-entity or multi-brand organisations
*Excellent stakeholder management skills, particularly within Finance teams.
*Ability to operate autonomously and drive delivery at pace.
*Strong planning, governance, and change management capability.
