Production Worker (Training on Quality)
£25,500 - £26,000 + Overtime + 33 Days Holiday + Bonus + Life Assurance + Sick Pay + 4% Pension
Andover, Hampshire
Are you a Production Worker looking for full inhouse training within a renowned manufacturer, where you will shadow an experienced Quality team to become a fully-fledged Inspector, whilst working until only 2pm every day?
In this role you will be hand inspecting and testing electronic assemblies within a collaborative team environment, with full training given. You will be using a range of machinery and manual inspection techniques such as X-Ray equipment and microscopes.
Founded nearly 40 years ago, this manufacturer supplies their specialist products into industries such as aerospace, automotive, and medical, with trusted clients across the globe. They have experienced unprecedented growth over recent years and have a clear direction for the future with a new site opened recently.
This role would suit someone who has worked in a manufacturing/production background and is happy using their hands and providing great attention to detail, looking to gain full training to become a Quality Inspector.
The Role:
*Inspecting and testing electronic assemblies
*Using various machines and manual inspection techniques
*Full on-the-job training given
*Monday to Thursday, 6am - 2:15pm, finish at 2pm on Friday, 38.5 hours a week
The Person:
*Production Worker/Operative or similar
*Looking to become an Inspector
*Looking to work an early shift
