Job Description:
Commercial Property Legal Assistant , Wiltshire
How would you like to join a well known Legal 500 firm that is well known for their progression opportunities, competitive salary and a benefits package which is second to none.
You’ll be joining a very busy commercial property team and you can expect to find a high paced department with plenty of work to get your teeth into.
Typical duties include :
Typing, compiling letters and documents.
Photocopying and document collation.
Opening files and database input.
Setting up and managing the electronic transfer of funds.
Preparing bills and file notes.
The person required will be a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and with the ability to prioritise and organise your own workload. You should have previous experience at legal assistant, legal secretary or paralegal level ideally supporting a property team either residential or commercial.
