Job Description:
We are working with a well-established and respected client with a strong reputation for quality and reliability, who is seeking an experienced Machinery Service Technician to join their team, offering a varied role combining workshop-based work and onsite servicing.
Responsibilities:
*Deliver high levels of customer service and technical support
*Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on modern machinery in both workshop and onsite environments
*Complete all relevant service documentation accurately and within required timescales
*Represent the client professionally and maintain high service standards
*Support, mentor, and assist junior team members where required
Candidate Requirements:
*Proven ability to diagnose and repair modern machinery
*Good understanding of current industry practices
*Disciplined and able to work independently or as part of a team
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
*Full UK driving licence
*Ideally holds an Engineering or Mechanical qualification
*Experience using diagnostic equipment and IT systems
*Willingness to attend supplier and manufacturer training courses
