Job Description:

We are seeking a temporary Recruitment Assistant to support the recruitment team with day-to-day administrative tasks. This role will provide essential admin support across the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

*Supporting the recruitment team with general administrative tasks


*Posting job adverts and managing candidate responses


*Scheduling interviews and liaising with candidates


*Assisting with offer paperwork and pre-employment checks


*Maintaining accurate recruitment records and databases



Skills & Experience:

*Previous administrative experience (recruitment experience desirable but not essential)


*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail



*Good communication skills, both written and verbal


*Confident using MS Office and recruitment systems
