Job Description:
Finance Assistant
Salary: £26,000 (DOE)
Hours: Full-time
Hybrid: Yes (after probation)
A great opportunity has arisen for a Finance Assistant to join a busy and supportive Accounts team. This varied role involves working across both client and office accounts within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
*Daily banking tasks and reconciliations
*Preparing cheques and processing bills
*Supporting internal teams with ledger queries
*Assisting with annual audit requirements
*Managing petty cash & company credit cards
*Maintaining the creditors ledger
*Producing ad hoc financial reports
About You
*AAT Level 3/4 or part-qualified ACA/CIMA/ACCA (or equivalent experience)
*6–12 months experience in an accounts/finance role
*Confident using Xero and Excel
*Experience with Leap (advantage, not essential)
*Strong communicator, adaptable, able to work under pressure
