About the Role
The TXM Group are looking for a Group Legal Counsel coordinator to join our legal team and support the business with all legal aspects. The role offers a great opportunity to work closely with various stakeholders across the business providing practical legal advice, managing risk and supporting business growth initiatives. You will play a key part in ensuring the Group’s legal governance and compliance frameworks compliant while providing day-to-day legal support across the business.
What you’ll be doing
*Review, draft, and advise on a range of contracts, including commercial agreements, NDAs, property agreements, and client proposals.
*Act as a first point of contact for legal queries, resolving issues where possible and escalating as required.
*Support employment law matters and other HR-related legal issues across the Group.
*Assist with mergers, acquisitions, and organic growth initiatives, including due diligence and stakeholder coordination.
*Maintain and manage contracts, templates, and legal documentation.
*Identify legal risks and work with the General Counsel to implement mitigation strategies.
*Manage multiple projects efficiently, coordinating internal and external stakeholders.
*Collaborate with local legal advisors to ensure compliance with jurisdictional requirements.
About you
*Qualified solicitor, barrister, or equivalent legal qualification with strong commercial awareness.
*Proven experience in corporate/commercial law, contract management, and employment law
*Confident working on cross-border or multi-jurisdictional matters.
*Excellent communication skills, able to influence and build strong relationships at all levels.
*Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
*Collaborative, proactive, and results-driven with a focus on adding value to the business.
