Castleview Cars is an established independent car dealership based in Windsor. Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit two Sales Executives to join our sales team.
This role is ideal for someone who is motivated by results, enjoys working with customers, and wants to significantly increase their earnings through commission in a structured and supportive environment.
The RoleYou will manage customer enquiries and guide customers through the full vehicle purchasing process, ensuring a professional and positive experience from first contact to handover.
Key responsibilities:
*Responding to customer enquiries from online platforms, telephone, and showroom visits
*Presenting vehicles and arranging test drives
*Managing the sales process from enquiry through to completion
*Following up warm leads — no cold calling
*Assisting with finance applications and required compliance
*Updating customer records accurately using a CRM system
*Supporting vehicle advertising and online listings
About You*Experience in a sales or customer-facing role (retail, hospitality, telesales, account management, etc.)
*Confident and professional communicator
*Comfortable working to targets and commission-based earnings
*Organised with good attention to detail
*Full UK driving licence required
*Motor trade experience beneficial but not essential — training provided
Earnings & Support*£21,000 basic salary
*Uncapped commission with realistic £40k–£50k OTE
*Average performers earn £40k+, with strong performers earning £50k+
*Structured sales process and lead handling
*Ongoing training and management support
*Warm enquiries generated through advertising and online platforms
Working Pattern*Full-time, on-site role based in Windsor
*Weekend work on a rota basis (details discussed at interview)
