This isn’t a "ticket factory" role. You’ll be working on core product features, improving performance and scalability, and shaping the future of a modern SaaS platform alongside a highly collaborative product and engineering team.

What you’ll be doing
*Designing, building and maintaining scalable backend systems using Laravel
*Developing new product features end-to-end — from concept to production
*Working with APIs, integrations and third-party services
*Improving performance, security and reliability across the platform
*Collaborating closely with product, frontend and DevOps teams
*Contributing to technical decisions, architecture and best practices
*Continuously improving code quality, testing and documentation


What we’re looking for
*Strong commercial experience with Laravel and PHP
*Solid understanding of MVC architecture and RESTful APIs
*Experience working with relational databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL)
*Familiarity with queues, background jobs and caching
*Comfortable working in a SaaS or product-led environment
*Someone who cares about clean code, maintainability and performance
*A proactive mindset — you like improving things, not just maintaining them


Nice to have (but not essential)
*Experience with Vue, React or modern frontend frameworks
*Exposure to cloud platforms and containerised environments
*Experience working on high-traffic or scaling SaaS products
*Automated testing and CI/CD experience
