Full-Time | Long-Term & Permanent Roles | Starting September 2026
Pay: In line with the Main Pay Scale

As schools begin planning early for September 2026, we are supporting vacancies across North, South, East and Central Birmingham, covering long-term, temp-to-perm and permanent positions.
This opportunity is ideal for Primary Teachers, including ECTs and experienced practitioners, who want to secure their next role early and work with a recruitment partner that values stability, support and long-term career development.
We are recruiting across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, with roles available in welcoming, well-led and supportive primary school settings.
The Role
You will be responsible for:
*Planning and delivering engaging lessons aligned with the Primary National Curriculum
*Teaching pupils in EYFS, KS1 or KS2 (based on your experience and preference)
*Creating a positive, inclusive and well-managed classroom environment
*Monitoring pupil progress and adapting teaching to meet individual needs
*Working collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and senior leaders
*Supporting pupils’ academic achievement, wellbeing and personal development
What We’re Looking For
*Experience teaching within a UK primary school
*QTS or a recognised equivalent teaching qualification
*ECTs are very welcome to apply
*Strong knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum
*An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
