Description
This Compliance Manager role sits within the Energy sector and is based in Leeds. The role involves:
*Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
*Manage a team of three risk & compliance professionals
*Lead on Ofgem compliance
*Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
*Monitor and assess compliance risks and recommend appropriate actions to mitigate them.
*Provide guidance and training to internal teams on compliance-related matters.
*Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
*Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and legislative changes in Energy & Natural Resources.
*Collaborate with legal and operational teams to address compliance issues effectively.
*Prepare and deliver compliance reports to senior management and regulatory bodies as required.
*Act as the key point of contact for regulatory bodies and external auditors.
Profile
A successful Compliance Manager in Energy should have:
