Job Description:
Interim Accounts Payable Assistant
A fast-paced finance team is looking for an experienced AP professional who can hit the ground running. You’ll own the end-to-end AP process across multi-entity, multi-currency operations.
Key Focus Areas
*Full AP cycle management
*Invoice processing, coding & approvals
*Supplier queries & statement reconciliations
*Weekly/monthly payment runs (incl. BACS & international)
*Month-end support: bank recs, accruals, prepayments, journals
*Accurate VAT treatment (UK & Ireland)

*Proven AP experience
*Strong attention to detail & high-volume processing ability
*Confident communicator & proactive problem-solver
*Excel proficiency; NetSuite a bonus
*Multi-entity, multi-currency background
