We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join a busy finance team for a 9 month maternity contract. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to make an immediate impact within a friendly, successful organisation.
What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting accounts payable function
* Processing invoices, expenses, and payments
* Maintaining accurate financial records and spreadsheets
* Assisting with reconciliations and month-end processes
What we’re looking for:
* Previous experience in a finance or accounting support role
* Strong attention to detail and numerical skills
* Confident using Excel and Microsoft Office
* Organised, dependable, and able to meet deadlines
* Comfortable handling confidential information
