Job Description:
Are you an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer looking for a stable role with a well-established M&E contractor?

A Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Will:
*Reactive and planned mechanical maintenance
*Fault-finding and repairs on plumbing, heating and hot water systems
*Boilers, heating, ventilation, hot & cold water servicing
*Repairs to leaks, toilets, showers, pipework and drainage
*Job reporting and materials identification
*Defect period support following project completion
*Work across commercial and residential sites including offices, schools, care homes and student accommodation
About The Mechanical Maintenance Engineer:
*5+ years’ experience in mechanical maintenance or installation
*NVQ Plumbing (domestic & commercial)
*NVQ Heating & Ventilation
*Gas experience beneficial
*CSCS card
*Full UK driving licence
*Strong customer service and communication skills
*Able to work independently and manage your own workload
