We’re supporting a large, forward-thinking education organisation as they look to appoint an exceptional HR Business Partner to join their central HR team. This role offers a rare blend of strategic impact, operational variety and the opportunity to make a genuine difference across multiple sites.

The Role
As HR Business Partner, you’ll work closely with leaders across several locations and central functions, providing high-quality strategic and operational HR support. You’ll be a trusted adviser who can combine expertise, pragmatism and emotional intelligence to influence positive outcomes.
You will:
*Provide expert guidance on workforce planning, wellbeing, performance and engagement
*Lead and manage complex ER casework (disciplinaries, grievances, capability, sickness, restructures)
*Coach senior leaders to strengthen people management capability
*Support organisational change projects, including TUPE and restructures
*Analyse workforce data to identify trends and drive improvement
*Design and deliver HR training for leaders
*Develop HR policies, toolkits and best-practice guidance
*Lead on tribunal cases and liaise with legal advisers when required
*Act as a mentor and role model within the HR team
About You
We’re looking for someone who brings credibility, confidence and a genuine passion for impactful HR.
Essential skills include:
*Experience operating at HRBP or senior HR advisory level
*Strong employment law knowledge and ER expertise
*Ability to coach, challenge and influence senior stakeholders
*Experience delivering organisational change
*Excellent analytical, decision-making and communication skills
*CIPD qualified (or equivalent experience)
Desirable but not essential:
*Experience within education or public sector
*Mediation training or accreditation
