About the Role As a key member of the early years team, you will:
*Support the planning and delivery of engaging, child-centred activities
*Provide high-quality care and learning opportunities in line with the EYFS
*Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
*Ensure a safe, nurturing environment where every child can thrive
*Contribute to observations, assessments, and record-keeping
About You We’re looking for someone who is:
*Level 3 qualified in Early Years/Childcare
*Enthusiastic, caring, and committed to child development
*Able to work effectively as part of a team
*Confident in communicating with parents and colleagues
*Reliable, proactive, and passionate about creating a positive learning environment
