A high-precision manufacturing business is seeking an experienced QA Inspector to join its Glasgow Inspection team due to continued growth. You’ll help ensure materials, components, and finished products meet strict quality and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities*Perform in-process and final inspections of mechanical/manufactured parts
*Use measuring equipment such as callipers, micrometres, gauges and CMMs
*Interpret engineering drawings and specifications
*Record inspection results and maintain QA documentation
*Report non-conformities and support corrective actions
*Assist with audits and continuous improvement activities
Skills & Experience*QA/QC inspection experience in manufacturing or engineering
*Strong understanding of inspection tools and techniques
*Ability to read technical drawings
*High attention to detail and good communication skills
*Time served (desirable)
