Job Description:
We’re currently recruiting for a Finance Administrator to support our client’s finance function based in Milton Keynes.
This is a part-time role with very flexible hours and days, ideal for someone looking for flexibility around other commitments.
Pay: £16.00 per hour
Hours: Part-time, Monday to Friday (flexible on hours and days)
Key responsibilities:*Processing and posting invoices using Xero
*Creating and raising sales invoices
*Raising and processing purchase orders
*Running financial reports
*Allocating payments and completing reconciliations
*Handling invoice queries
*Maintaining accurate financial records
Key requirements:*Previous experience using Xero is essential
*Confident working with invoices, purchase orders, and reconciliations
*Strong attention to detail
*Organised, reliable, and keen to learn
*Confident communicating with internal teams and suppliers
