Fund Operations Assistant
Location: Mayfair, London
Salary: £40,000 + bonus & benefits
Working pattern: Office-based during probation, with hybrid flexibility thereafter
We are working with a boutique wealth and investment management firm based in Mayfair, supporting a sophisticated client base in the UK and overseas, including ultra-high-net-worth individuals.
The firm is seeking a Fund Operations Assistant to join a small, high-calibre team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong trade support experience who is looking to broaden their exposure across fund operations within a professional and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
*Trade support (essential experience requirement)
*Day-to-day fund operations support
*NAV checking and reconciliation
*Liaising with brokers and external counterparties
*Supporting the wider investment and operations function
Key Requirements:
*Proven experience in trade support (must-have)
*Exposure to fund operations and NAV processes preferred
*Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
*Comfortable working in a small, hands-on team environment
This role offers long-term development, exposure to complex investment structures, and flexible working once probation is complete.
