Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Support Engineer to join our internal IT team. The ideal candidate will provide technical support and solutions to our users face-to-face, via chat, phone, and email and will be responsible for resolving issues related to software and hardware, onboarding and offboarding users, basic network and connectivity issues, and more.

Line manages: N/A
Pay band: C
Salary: £37,000 to £41,250 pa
Contract type: Permanent
Hours: 35 per week
Location: Carlton House Terrace, London, SW1Y 5AG (5 days a week in the office)
