Job Description:
Are you an experienced Corporate Benefits Consultant with exposure to the complete Employee Benefits Suite and seeking an exciting new challenge? If so then look no further!
Synchronicity are proud to be working alongside the corporate employee benefits arm of a well-established financial services organisation that’s investing heavily in growth.
They’re looking for an experienced Employee Benefits Consultant to take ownership of a portfolio of corporate clients, deliver high-quality advice across the full EB spectrum, and play a visible role in winning and developing new business.
This is a great move for someone who wants the credibility and scale of a larger organisation, combined with the autonomy and impact of a growing, entrepreneurial EB team.
In this role you will:
*Advise corporate clients on employee benefits across a wide range of products
*Manage and grow long-term client relationships
*Identify and convert new business opportunities within the corporate market

*Clearly communicate complex EB solutions in a commercial, client-friendly way
*Work closely with senior stakeholders and internal specialists
*Stay ahead of regulation, legislation and market developments
Experience required:
*3+ years’ experience in employee benefits (certifications a plus, but not a necessity)
*Confident, credible with senior client stakeholders
*Commercial, proactive and comfortable discussing growth
*Professional, ethical and detail-focused
Hybrid working enabled with travel into London offices 1x per fortnight alongside travel to client sites as required.
If you feel that this could be the role for you, please apply with a copy of your CV and if there is an alignment, one of the team will be in touch to discuss further!
