Tutor - Rushden, Northamptonshire Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Tutor to support learners in the Rushden area. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference by providing tailored academic support to students who require additional help outside of the classroom.
The Role * Deliver 1:1 or small group tuition to pupils of varying abilities

* Support students with core subjects (e.g. English, Maths, Science) or subject specialisms

* Adapt teaching approaches to meet individual learning needs

* Build positive, supportive relationships that encourage confidence and progress

* Sessions may take place in schools, homes, or alternative education settings

The Ideal Candidate * Experience working as a tutor, teacher, or teaching assistant

* Strong subject knowledge and the ability to explain concepts clearly

* Patient, reliable, and student-focused

* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

* Right to work in the UK
