Signature Recruitment is working with an independent organisation to recruit a Team Communication Coordinator for a temporary assignment supporting an internationally connected team.
This is a full-time temporary role for an initial eight-month period, offering fully remote working with some connection to London-based activity. The role is paid at £19.20 per hour and centres on providing practical, hands-on support to senior colleagues and the wider team. You’ll spend your time coordinating meetings and diaries, managing inboxes and communications, preparing agendas and papers, and helping to keep activity organised and on schedule. You’ll be part of a small, busy team working across time zones, where good organisation and clear communication are essential. The role suits someone who enjoys variety, is comfortable working independently, and likes being the person who keeps things running behind the scenes. It’s a people-focused coordination role with plenty of moving parts, ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to a fast-paced environment.
Team Communication Coordinator - Key Responsibilities:*Coordinate diaries, schedules, and activities across multiple teams
*Arrange meetings, webinars, and events with a range of stakeholders
*Support travel bookings, expenses, and meeting logistics
*Manage inboxes, prepare agendas and papers, and follow up on actions
*Liaise with service providers and support day-to-day coordination
*Help put simple systems and processes in place to keep things running smoothly
Team Communication Coordinator - Key Skills:*Experience providing administrative or coordination support to senior colleagues
*Confident using Microsoft Office 365 and online collaboration tools
*Organised, detail-focused, and able to manage competing priorities
*Clear, friendly communicator who handles sensitive information with care
This role would suit someone with strong admin or coordination experience who enjoys supporting others and working remotely as part of a busy team. Experience with online events, travel coordination, or CRM tools would be helpful, but what matters most is a positive, organised approach.
