Recruitment Solutions (NW) Limited are working with a growing, ambitious national organisation that is looking to appoint a Business Development Manager to support continued growth across the southeast region. The Business Development Manager role is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, driven and self motivated sales professional who thrives in a field based environment and enjoys winning new business.
The Business Development Manager will play a key role in expanding the company’s customer base, developing long term client relationships and driving new revenue opportunities through proactive, face to face B2B sales activity.

Business Development Manager - The Role*Field based sales role focused on new business generation across London
*Actively identifying and pursuing opportunities through door to door prospecting, cold calling, networking and face to face meetings
*Building strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive repeat business and long term partnerships
*Managing the full sales cycle, from initial approach and needs analysis through to negotiation and close
*Effectively promoting the company’s products and services, tailoring solutions to meet client needs
*Consistently working towards and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
*Attending the office periodically to complete administrative tasks, update CRM systems and submit sales reports
*Representing the business professionally at all times and acting as a positive brand ambassador in the field
Business Development Manager - About You*Proven experience in a field based sales, business development or territory sales role
*Confident, resilient and comfortable approaching new prospects in person
*Strong communication, negotiation and relationship building skills
*Highly motivated, target driven and hungry to succeed in a commission led role
*Well organised, with the ability to manage your own workload, appointments and diary effectively
*Full UK driving licence preferred due to the field based nature of the role
