You’ll be joining a small but very well-established and successful corporate and commercial team, working closely with experienced lawyers and providing high-quality legal support across a broad range of non-contentious matters.

The role will include involvement in:
*Mergers & acquisitions
*Commercial contracts
*Investment matters
*Joint ventures
*Licensing agreements
*Shareholder agreements
*Data protection and compliance work
This is a varied and hands-on role offering excellent exposure to high-quality work and the chance to develop your technical skills within a supportive and collaborative environment.

About you:
*Previous experience in a corporate and/or commercial legal environment is desirable
*A minimum of 6 months experience as a legal secretary/assistant/paralegal within a corporate/commercial team
*Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
*A proactive and enthusiastic approach, with a genuine interest in corporate and commercial law
*The ambition to grow and progress within a long-term role
