About the Role
Are you detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about making a difference through your work? We’re looking for a Billing & Collections Administrator to ensure timely and accurate invoicing and collections, supporting our mission to deliver outstanding care and service.
What You’ll Do
*Prepare and distribute invoices accurately and on time.
*Track customer accounts, reconcile balances, and initiate collection efforts.
*Post and allocate receipts daily; manage monthly direct debit collections.
*Respond to internal and external queries, resolving disputes and billing issues.
*Maintain accurate records of payments, credit limits, and collection activity.
*Liaise with solicitors, Local Authorities, and ICBs on complex funding cases.
*Build strong relationships with Home Managers and external stakeholders.
*Evaluate customer creditworthiness and support pre-admission checks.
What You’ll Bring
*Experience in billing, credit control, and query resolution.
*Understanding of collections, cashflow, and GDPR.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office and professional communication.
*Strong attention to detail and high level of numeracy.
*Ability to work under pressure and solve problems proactively.
*Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office packages.
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written.
*Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn and grow.
