This upmarket global real estate agency with an enviable reputation and an international network of offices, currently has a fantasticopportunity for a Senior Sales Negotiator to join their professional team in Chelsea.
You will oversee the buyer’s and seller’s journey from initial enquiry through to completion. As a trusted partner, clients will look to you to consult on the best course of action, to ensure they achieve the best results that the market can offer. You’ll work closely with the head of office and wider sales team to nurture the existing database of clients, whilst identifying new opportunities to grow market share.
Is this you?
*At least 3 years’ experience as a sales negotiator in central London with a track record of achieving targets
*Self-motivated
*Target and goal driven individual
*Adaptable, excellent telephone manner
*Confident use of the telephone to generate leads from the database
*Confident dealing with clients and purchasers
*Experience of booking, accompanying and following up viewings
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Able to quickly build rapport and long-standing relationships
*Empathetic with clients’ needs and a wish to offer un-paralleled client care
*Full UK driving licence.
This superb opportunity will provide an attractive basic salary of up to £35,000, plus on target earnings in the region of £60,000 to £70,000, plus an annual discretionary bonus! A generous car allowance will also be provided.
