Private Client Tax Senior Manager

Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for:
*Overseeing complex personal tax engagements and providing strategic advice on tax planning and compliance
*Managing key client relationships and acting as a primary point of contact, tailoring services to client needs
*Mentoring and developing your team, ensuring technical excellence and high-quality client delivery
*Proactively identifying opportunities for business development and supporting the growth of the tax practice
*Collaborating with other service lines to resolve complex issues and communicate outcomes to clients
*Keeping clients and the team up to date with industry and legislative changes, and advising on process improvements

What you will need:
*ATT, CTA, ACA, ACCA, or CA qualification
*Previous experience in a similar role within private client tax (such as Senior Manager, Manager in practice)
*Strong technical knowledge of personal tax and compliance
*Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver exceptional service
*Experience mentoring or leading teams
*A collaborative, low-ego approach and a genuine commitment to team culture
