Trainee Paraplanner

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded boutique firm of Independent Financial Planners who are known for their client-first approach, collaborative culture, and commitment to developing their people.
Due to continued organic growth, the firm is now seeking an IFA Administrator / Trainee Paraplanner to support their advisers and progress towards a long-term career in Paraplanning. You’ll be joining a supportive, forward-thinking Chartered environment where development is genuinely encouraged and fully funded.


The Opportunity
This role is ideal for someone with at least 12 months’ experience in pensions and investments administration who wants more responsibility, technical exposure, and a clear pathway into Paraplanning.

Key Responsibilities
*Processing new business and client valuations
*Preparing illustrations, reports, and client documentation
*Supporting advisers with research and technical administration
*Producing pension, investment, and protection quotes
*Managing letters of authority and maintaining accurate client records
What We’re Looking For
*Experience within an IFA / Wealth Management environment
*Good knowledge of pensions and investments
*Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
*Ambition to learn, qualify, and progress within Financial Planning
