They’re now looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their fast-growing and dynamic team in Cheltenham.


The Opportunity
This is your chance to own a desk in one of the most exciting sectors in tech. As a Cyber Security Recruitment Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting and placing high-calibre candidates for market-leading clients.
You’ll combine market insight, relationship-building and strategic sourcing to deliver exceptional results for both candidates and clients, helping shape the future of cyber security talent across the UK.


Key Responsibilities
*Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates within the cybersecurity sector
*Source and engage top talent using job boards, social media, networking and headhunting techniques
*Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate skills, experience and cultural fit
*Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job brief to offer negotiation and onboarding
*Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies and market movements to provide expert advice
*Collaborate with the team to drive business growth and enhance service delivery


What You’ll Need
*Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally in cyber security or a related tech field
*Strong understanding of cyber security roles, technologies and market trends
*Experience with permanent recruitment
*Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
*Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
*Proficient with ATS systems and recruitment software
*Results-driven and motivated to consistently hit targets
*Commutable to central Cheltenham
