Corporate Tax Manager (Owner-Managed Business Advisory)

A well-established firm is expanding its tax team and is looking for a Corporate Tax Manager to play a key role in supporting owner-managed businesses.
The role
You’ll sit at the heart of the corporate tax offering, working closely with partners and clients to deliver both robust compliance and commercially focused advice. The position is based around Gatwick, with hybrid working built in, and offers genuine scope to shape your role as the firm continues to grow.
As a Corporate Tax Manager, you’ll manage your own client portfolio while also helping to develop junior team members and contribute to advisory-led projects across a broad range of sectors.
What you’ll be doing
*Overseeing UK corporate tax compliance for a portfolio of owner-managed businesses
*Advising clients on planning opportunities, structuring and growth-related matters
*Reviewing work prepared by junior staff and supporting their development
*Building long-term client relationships and acting as a trusted point of contact
*Working with partners to develop and enhance the wider corporate tax service
What we’re looking for
*ACA, ACCA or CTA qualified, with strong UK corporate tax experience
*Background within an pracctice, working with owner-managed clients
*Comfortable balancing compliance with advisory work
*Confident communicator who enjoys mentoring and collaboration
*Ambitious and keen to progress within a supportive accountancy firm
