*Collaborating with other service lines to solve complex issues and communicate solutions to clients
*Staying ahead of industry and legislative changes, proactively advising clients and the team
*Driving business development initiatives and contributing to the ongoing growth of the tax practice

What you will need:
*ATT, CTA, ACA, ACCA, or CA qualification
*Previous experience in a similar role (such as Corporate Tax Manager, Senior Tax Manager, or Tax Advisory Manager)
*Strong technical knowledge of corporate tax compliance and planning
*Excellent client relationship management skills and the ability to tailor services to client needs
*A collaborative, low-ego approach with a passion for mentoring and developing others
*A track record of identifying and acting on business development opportunities

What you will get:
*Base salary of £80,000-£110,000
*Hybrid working—60% in the office
*Study support if needed
*Parking and excellent transport links
*Access to great facilities, including a sports shed and social events
*A genuinely supportive, friendly, and progressive team culture
